Maremma Villas

Maremma Villas are a family run operation in property development and holiday property rental of country villas in the Maremma region of Southern Tuscany.

We own our company, and our names are Rosy and Alex. We are an Italian / British married couple who reside in this region.

Our mission is to fulfil the property needs of anyone not currently resident in the area. Those who may wish to own a Tuscan property and maybe rent it for an ongoing income, but perhaps are not confident in finding best value alone, or perhaps lacking in local knowledge or contacts.

The services we can provide include all or part of the following:

•	Assistance in finding and allowing you to select a suitable holiday or retirement home in Maremma. We have extensive local contacts and estate agents who can find for you what you want – either fully developed or needing work - at a local prices. .
•	Coordination and assistance in any property purchase - including all local and national authority planning needs. We have established local contacts who can assist with regional regulations, architectural or surveying needs. .
•	Direction on finance and buying options, together with guidance on the full purchase process. .
•	Project management of any building work that may be required using local tradesmen again at best value. Rosy’s family has been involved in the local construction industry for decades. .
•	Rental of your property once completed with full booking service to both overseas guests, and indeed Italian guests using our site, during the extended letting season afforded by this southern location. .
•	The ongoing care of your property with changeover checking, cleaning and maintenance reviews – all as part of the service and for a percentage of the income you may generate. .
